"Just a short note to let you and Matrix know that once again you all, and more specifically in this instance Ken, have saved the day for our company.  As you are aware our system was hacked by the ransom virus, and this of course came right after we had just had the Sage 100 update stored on our “new server”.  To say the least, this was a very dismal day for me, and after getting our IT people in and being told that they could fix everything EXCEPT Sage 100, then calling Ken to find out that most likely all of the upgrades would have to be repeated from the beginning, I was devastated.  And, I might add, so was Ken.  When Ken called the next morning after remoting into to our server and discovering that the upgrades had not been damaged, I told him that I wanted to come give him a hug, but realized that adding airfare to the $ disaster we almost had would really not solve anything.  I decided against it.  However, I cannot explain how relieved I and our Company was with Ken’s information.   Thank you, thank you, thank you again, Ken!"
